Nutrafol - Wonder Pill or Over Priced Vitamins?

Nutrafol - Wonder Pill or Over Priced Vitamins?

We are always on the lookout for new products and treatments for hair loss, and as of late we’ve heard a lot of noise about Nutrafol, a premium-priced vitamin supplement claims of improving hair follicle strength and even growing new hair.

Nutrafol for men has website claims of 84% of user hair quality improvement and 72% saw scalp coverage gains after six months of use. The site also claims visible results as early as three months. Another benefit when compared to finasteride side effects is no sexual side effects and even can improve sleep.

For $88 a month (at the time of this post), it’s priced daily high when compared to other supplements in the hair loss treatment class. But if the results are measurable then adding a daily supplement to your hair strategy could be a big win without much inconvenience. Follicle Genius is all about measuring and analyzing the data, so we’ve started our journey with Nutrafol this month and will post monthly updates on the progress through images analyzed with bald spotter

Here is my starting point below

So far, my feedback after a few weeks of taking the supplements (4 pills daily) is that it’s best to take after eating as it can make feel a little nauseous if taken on an empty stomach. Not seeing any differences in growth so far but that's expected. I'll have an update after a full month to keep measuring the progress.
